THIS COMBO COMES WITH THE CHARCOAL ASSEMBLY AND THE MINION 6"x4.5" STARTER (minion is removable)

We've made a replacement charcoal ring and grate for the 18.5" Weber Smokey Mountain Grill. Our 1/2" hole Stainless Steel perf ring and grate will give you better airflow, especially in colder temps. It also provides a higher capacity for charcoal and longer burn time as the charcoal will not fall through as quickly.

18.5" - The standard ring holds 13 lbs of charcoal. Our replacement ring holds 19.5 lbs. 

The assembly is completely welded together including the handle, ring, and grate.

Dimensions - 15-5/8" OD grate
15-5/16” OD Basket x 6" Tall

MAY TAKE UP TO 3 WEEKS TO BUILD AND SHIP, during our busy season this time may be extended.

Found this on a YouTube channel and have to say it works loads better than the charcoal assembly that comes with the WSM. I definitely notice longer burn times and really nice to have the middle opening for the minion method. Constructed great highly recommend!

Charcoal Assembly & Minion for WSM 18.5"
I purchased this assembly at the recommendation of a friend. Materials and fabrication are absolutely first class, far exceeding my expectations! The assembly performed as advertised, keeping my Weber Smokey Mountain at the desired temperature for over eight hours. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and highly recommend this assembly from Arbor Fabricating to anyone looking to do a very worthwhile upgrade to your WSM!

Awesome product
This is an excellent addition to your WSM. It will take it to the next level by allowing you to have extremely long cooks without refilling coals. The craftmanship is outstanding as well as service and support.
