We've made a replacement charcoal ring and grate for the 22.5" Weber Smokey Mountain Grill. Our 1/2" hole Stainless Steel perf ring and grate will give you better air flow, especially in colder temps. It also provides a higher capacity for charcoal and longer burn time as the charcoal will not fall through as quickly. It is also a perfect fit for the 24" Weber Summit Charcoal Grill on the lower original charcoal grate.

22.5" - The standard ring holds 18.6 lbs of charcoal. Our replacement ring holds 37 lbs.

The assembly is completely welded together including the handle, ring, and grate.

18-7/16” OD Basket x 8" Tall

Head Chef at My Backyard

This is a really great product and I'm very happy with it. It's really solid and well made. This has dramatically improved the fuel efficiency of my charcoal, giving me much longer burn times. It also helped in in the total burning of all the charcoal in the basket. There was nothing left. I absolutely recommend this to anyone who has a Weber Smokey Mountain.

The quality of craftsmanship is evident in this outstanding upgrade for the Weber Smokey Mountain. This unit fits perfectly in my smoker and with the added Minion starter, I recently smoked a 14 hour brisket without refilling... in fact, I still had charcoal left! I highly recommend this to everyone, especially if you're into longer cooks. Well done, Arbor Fab!

I ordered this product and it has worked great for me. The ability to hold all the fuel I need takes one thing out of the equation when considering things that affect my cook. I would absolutely purchase this again if I ever need to.

Awesome product. The charcoal basket keeps all the briquettes or lump in order & the minion starter is a great tool. Really happy with my order.
