We designed these just for the beekeepers in mind, unlike our standard filters these have side supports and the Tabs have been dropped down 4" to keep the filter above the honey when processing,
They also have been complemented with a swing handle for easy lifting and cleaning.
These heavy duty drum filters fit into a 55 gallon drum with at least a 22 ½” opening, fitted with (4) 1” by 1/8” sturdy tabs that can easily hold 50 pounds. Overall dimensions: 20 3/4" diameter by 5” deep. Made from 100% stainless steel, easy to clean, and can withstand several hundred degrees without any damage to the filter. They are great for filtering Honey, Unlike other filters, our design allows for flow through the bottom and the sides for more efficient filtering!
