Press Plate for BIAB Basket
These Press Plates are specifically designed for our Brew in a Basket. The plates are designed from 16 gauge 304 Stainless Steel and are specifically made to fit inside the interior of a BIABasket (approximately ½” to ¾” less diameter than the interior of the basket). The press plate sizes range from approximately 11” to 18". If you are looking for a more specific size, please purchase the press plate one size up and make a note in order comments for the size you want. The purpose of the press plate is to press liquid runnings to insure you get every last drop. While some brewers may have concerns about pulling out tannins, this product is a result of customer request and we have received nothing but positive feedback.
