Returns

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.  Please contact us so that we can generate a return label.

We will also accept the return of non-customized, unused and undamaged product within 30 days less the cost of shipping.  Please return the product in the same packaging with a copy of your sales receipt which can be accessed through your online account.

Once your return has arrived back to us with our conditions met, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  You will receive the credit within 7-10 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
